Stevens Strategy is a boutique, full-service consulting firm specializing in managing the process of strategic change in colleges, universities, and schools. Our 18 consultants have over 300 years of shared experience serving colleges, universities, and schools—including positions as present and former trustees, presidents, provosts, vice presidents, deans, other senior staff, and faculty—each with a particular area of expertise in post-secondary and higher education institutional leadership and management.

We have worked on over 400 projects with over 150 domestic and international partner institutions over the last 25 years. We work with a few organizations annually to allow our experts to work directly with on-campus leaders to drive meaningful change. We partner with our clients to help them understand their problems and work creatively to find the best solution.
